Casino Nights
Fun Casinos are fast becoming one of the most popular forms of entertainment, replacing Karaoke and
Race Nights. A Fun Casino can be held at just about any venue, from a small village hall to the grandest
hotel banqueting suite. Not only is it an
excellent way to entertain your guests, it's also a great way to raise money for your chosen charity
or club.
Your casino
can be tailor made to suit your needs.
Why not have a fun casino at your wedding reception to break the ice between your guests, or even at
your birthday party to be the envy of your friends! Whatever the occasion, we will give
you a night you won't forget.
To begin with, your guests are issued with some fun money. This can be
done on the night, or alternatively you can arrange
to have it posted with your invitations, the choice is yours. The amount is entirely up to you, but remember you will
want everyone to play. It's a good idea to work it out based on the number of guests attending. We will be happy to
advise you
on this.
Once your guests have their fun money, they can exchange this at the tables for gaming chips. We will
supply game rule cards for all your guests, and friendly croupiers will be on hand to answer any questions.
The
casino, unless otherwise arranged,
will be open for three hours. Your guests will be notified five games from the end, after which time, all gaming
chips be returned to the croupiers and exchanged back for fun money. The person who has amounted the
most fun money at the
end of
the evening is declared the winner. Prizes may be awarded, but this is entirely up to you to arrange.
Fundraising Events
Fun Casinos are a great way to raise funds for your charity or organisation. Fundraisers are run in
exactly the same way as private parties, the only difference being the amount of money you give
to your guests.
As a taster,
you give
the small
sum, and when they run out, they can purchase more at a set rate from the cash desk. Please note that this
must be carried out by a person belonging to the charity or organisation for which the funds are being
raised. Again, prizes may
be awarded
but this is entirely up to the event organisers.
Fun Casinos and the Law
While fun casinos are perfectly legal and require no special licence, there are some restrictions.
The Fun Casino must be run in conjunction with some other form of entertainment, eg. a function such
as a Fete, Dinner, Dance, and Sporting Event etc. The casino must not be the sole reason for
guests to attend.

Birthday Party is fine, as your guests will be attending primarily to celebrate your birthday.
The Games
We provide full size casino tables, complete with high quality playing cards and premium ceramic composite
chips. Our tables are manned by experienced croupiers, who will dress accordingly for your function,
fancy dress not a problem!

Terms and Conditions
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of £75 for a one table hire and £125 for a
two table hire. If 3 or more tables are required a deposit of £50 per table is required. Please
note, deposits are not returnable if the order is cancelled less than fifteen days from the event
date.
The remainder of the balance due must be paid in cash on the day of the event prior to the fun casino
set up. If you wish to pay by cheque, said cheque must be received at least seven days before the
event date.
A returnable cash deposit of £25 per table is required on the night, prior to set up, to cover
any loss or damage to our equipment.
No food/drink/cigarettes or cigars are to be placed on the tables at any time.
We do not supply any music or lighting for the event.
